Orders & Drops

What is a drop and how does it work?+

A drop is a limited release. We design a small collection — each piece with its own story — produce a fixed number of units, and release them at a set time. Once they're gone, they don't come back.

Drop 001 features two designs — Untamed and Uncharted. Each ships in its own custom collector's box.

Will sold out pieces be restocked?+

No. Once a drop sells out, that's it. We don't restock. Each drop is designed to be limited by nature — that's the entire point.

If a piece you want is gone, the next best move is to get on the waitlist for the upcoming drop.

Join the waitlist at the bottom of our home page to be the first to know when Drop 002 goes live.
How do I get early access to drops?+

Submit your email on our website to join the waitlist. Waitlist members receive a private link before the drop goes public — giving you a window before general access opens.

We also announce drops on our Instagram — follow @vestrostyles to stay in the loop.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?+

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your size, design, and delivery address carefully before completing checkout.

If you've made an error, contact us immediately at info@vestrostyles.com — we'll do our best to help before the order is processed, but cannot guarantee changes.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?+

Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails occasionally land there.

If you've checked and still can't find it, email us at info@vestrostyles.com with your name and the email used at checkout. We'll look it up for you.

How many pieces can I order per drop?+

We allow a maximum of 2 pieces per customer per drop to ensure access is fair and the drop reaches as many people as possible.

Orders that appear to be made in bulk for resale may be cancelled at our discretion.

Sizing & Fit

How does Vestrostyles sizing work?+

All Vestrostyles pieces are designed with a signature oversized silhouette. If you prefer a relaxed, streetwear-style fit — go with your regular size. If you want a slightly cleaner look, size down.

When in doubt, refer to the size chart on each product page. It includes chest, length, and shoulder measurements.
I'm between sizes — what do you recommend?+

If you're between sizes and want the full oversized look — go up. If you want it cleaner and more fitted — go with your standard size.

Most people who typically wear M find that M fits comfortably oversized, and S gives a more fitted but still relaxed silhouette.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?+

All our pieces are made from 240 GSM pre-shrunk premium cotton. Minimal shrinkage is expected if you follow the care instructions — cold machine wash, inside out, air dry.

Avoid high heat and dry cleaning. Never iron directly on the print.

Are your pieces unisex?+

Yes. All Vestrostyles pieces are designed to be worn by anyone. The oversized silhouette works across all body types and is styled to be gender neutral.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?+

Yes. All orders within India ship free, regardless of order value. No minimum required.

How long does delivery take?+

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours and then handed over to our courier partner.

• Metro cities — 3 to 5 working days

• Tier 2 and 3 cities — 4 to 6 working days

• Remote areas — 6 to 8 working days

How do I track my order?+

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link on your registered email. You can also track it anytime at vestrostyles.com/track using your Order ID.

Tracking may take up to 12 hours to activate after dispatch — that's normal.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. International shipping is available. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note — import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What now?+

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification at info@vestrostyles.com with your Order ID. We'll raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be actionable.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?+

We do not offer cash refunds for standard returns. Eligible returns are refunded as Store Credit — a non-transferable promo code equivalent to the value of the returned item, valid for 12 months.

Cash refunds are only processed in cases of failed payments, order cancellations on our end, or items confirmed out of stock post-purchase.

Can I exchange my size?+

Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue Store Credit of equivalent value.

To initiate an exchange, email info@vestrostyles.comwith your Order ID and reason.
What if I received a defective or wrong item?+

Report it within 48 hours of delivery at info@vestrostyles.com with clear photos and your Order ID. We'll arrange a free replacement and cover return shipping.

What items are not eligible for return?+

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Items with tags removed or packaging missing

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional drops

• Requests raised after 7 days from delivery

Product & Quality

What fabric do you use?+

All Vestrostyles pieces are made from 100% premium cotton at 240 GSM. This weight gives the fabric a structured, heavyweight feel — substantial enough to hold its shape while remaining breathable throughout the day.

What print technique do you use?+

We use high-definition puff screen printing — a technique that adds a subtle raised texture to the print, giving it depth and a premium finish that's noticeably different from standard flat prints.

Where are your products made?+

Designed in New Delhi. Produced in India in partnership with carefully selected manufacturing units that meet our quality and ethical standards.

How do I care for my Vestrostyles piece?+

• Machine wash cold — inside out

• Do not bleach or tumble dry

• Air dry in shade

• Iron on low heat — never directly on the print

• Wash separately for the first wash

Tell me about Drop 001 — the two designs.+

Untamed — A bold tiger graphic in a deep black colourway. Aggressive, raw, and unapologetic.

Uncharted — A ship against a vast orange sun. Calm, cinematic, and artistic.

Both designs ship in their own custom collector's box — each with unique artwork tied to the design's story.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

My payment was deducted but no order was placed. What do I do?+

Wait 30 minutes and check your email. In most cases, the order confirms automatically after a brief delay.

If after 30 minutes there's no confirmation, email us at info@vestrostyles.com with your transaction reference.

Are all prices inclusive of GST?+

Yes. All prices on vestrostyles.com are inclusive of GST. What you see is what you pay.

How long does a refund take to process?+

• UPI — 5 to 7 business days

• Credit and debit cards — 5 to 10 business days

• Net banking — 5 to 7 business days

• Wallets — 3 to 5 business days

Packaging & Experience

What makes Vestrostyles packaging different?+

Every Vestrostyles order ships in a custom matte black slide-out collector's box — designed specifically for each drop.

The box is part of the experience, not an afterthought. It's meant to be kept.

Is there a different box for each design?+

Yes. The Untamed box features the tiger artwork. The Uncharted box features the ship and sun artwork.

Is the packaging environmentally responsible?+

We use zero plastic in our packaging. The collector's box is made from premium paper materials.

What if my packaging arrives damaged?+

If the outer courier packaging is damaged, photograph it before opening. If the collector's box itself is damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@vestrostyles.com.
